The last two weekends, I took part in two hikes. One was to Great Canyon with a group of about 20 students. The Great Canyon is about one and a half hours away from campus by jeep and a hike of about 6 hours in total (we took longer because of the masses of rain). The other hike was in preparation for the upcoming travel week to the Himalayas. Five of us alongside our history teacher hiked up mount Wilco, the mountain next to school. We left campus by foot and hiked a total of three hours.
